George Teter 1730-1798

A note from Kelvin:

I came across some information that seems to make some sense regarding the Teter name. It appears his name was John George aka Johann Georg. He descended from Hans Jorg DIETER. or John George DIETER. According to xpda.com the tree goes back to Quirinius Dieter 1555-1606(?).

Regarding Hans Jorg; He arrived in America on the ship Molly 30 sep 1727 and settled around Lancaster County, PA. He emigrated with his wife from Wurtenberg, Germany in 1727 on the ship Molly and signed the Oath of Allegiance at Philadelphia Sept 1727

Duchy of Württemberg

So this must be son George
